More time would be available to devote to the use of films, video tapes and songs to help students to ungerstand French culture and civilisation. This would also help them to appreciate the importance to Ireland of our European partners and the benefit of language skills int their future careers.
A textbook is supplied to students for use during the year. Written homework from this book is set about twice a week in addition to project work.
