Physical Education


PHYSICAL EDUCATION (2 periods, 1 double)

The programme will be based on the following activities:

"Action for Life" Programme designed by the Department of Education--
an exercise, health and fitness programme. Students will keep a log book of their progress.
Project Work: group and / or individual projects with a view to entering for the Kelloggs P.E. Awards.
Outdoor and Leisure Activities: Canoeing, Orienteering, Bowling, Hill walking, Swimming, Snooker, Sailing, Golf and Rock climbing.

P.E. Topics: Specialising in selected P.E. activities.
